Generally yes. Applications on Palestinian Authority passports can be filed, including for transit visas, subject to the usual checks. The passport must be valid for at least six months with a clear, glare-free scan. If you also hold a Jordanian or other passport, choose one and use it for the whole trip so airline records match. Jordan and the UAE are separate decisions. Crossing to Amman by land and flying on means meeting Jordan's rules for your document first. In Dubai, a single through ticket usually lets you stay airside. If your Dubai layover is long, overnight or on a separate ticket, you need a UAE transit visa approved before you leave. We arrange the UAE part; Jordan's requirements sit outside our service.
